About Root Commons Founder
Hey hi there, I am Jenn Schindel, PhD
I am a strategic advisor, network-builder, narrative strategist and behavioral researcher who has spent 20+ years helping organizations build the strategic communications, organizational infrastructure, and capital relationships to create impact and transformation.
My work is grounded in regenerative business models, community and impact investment, and solidarity economy principles. I bring both a strategic and an organizing lens to all that I do ā from facilitated networking gatherings to consulting engagements and strategic thought partnership with social impact organizations, founders, and impact funds.
True networks require cultivation. We need network builders with a deep understanding of what drives behavior and how to develop infrastructure to ensure resources and capital can flow freely.
Generous connection, impact, and care flows freely when there is infrastructure designed to make that possible.
Root Commons is designed to make this happen.
